I know it's been a while since I've posted here but I have a plan in place to ensure that I am cooking new things to share with you! Tonight was Krab Kakes, a tofu take on traditional Maryland crab cakes. They were a little time consuming but I figured it was worth it considering how many "kakes" it made that I could freeze for future meals.
Here is an up close and personal shot of one. Is your mouth watering yet?
They turned out pretty awesome for my first try but next time I'm going to use slightly less Old Bay, it was a little more overpowering than I was expecting.
